Why do you want to participate in a Habitat trip during Spring Break instead of other alternatives? How well do you work in a group setting and with people with whom you are unfamiliar? What types of Habitat or similar experience do you have?  And, have you ever been on a service trip before?

Please Respond to the Following Questions (responses may be used to screen participants during the selection process)

Which trip(s) would you like to apply for? If applying for all three trips, is there one trip that you would prefer over the others? If you would prefer to be on a trip with another applicant, type the name of that applicant here: Are you willing to be on a trip if the other applicant is not chosen to participate? If you are not chosen as a participant initially, would you like to be on the waiting list?
